That’s why we’ve created three exciting camps running side by side at each of our locations — giving families the flexibility to choose the perfect fit for their child’s age, personality, and interests.
Whether your child loves to perform, enjoys being active and sporty, or is just beginning their early learning journey, we have a nurturing camp that will inspire, engage, and bring out the very best in them.

PERFORMING ARTS (Ages 6-11)
Performing Arts is at the core of who we are. If your child loves to sing, dance, act, and get creative with arts and crafts, our Performing Arts Camp is perfect for you! Designed to inspire confidence, self-expression, and boost self-esteem, children will spend the week working with performing arts professionals to develop their skills in singing, dancing, and acting, and of course, have FUN! At our performing arts camp, children will work towards end of week showcases to perform everything they’ve learned for parents/carers.

MULTI-SPORTS (Ages 6-11)
On the same site, but for children who love to be active, explore teamwork, and try out different sports, our Multi-Sports Camp is full of energy and excitement. From team sports and athletics to fun challenges and creative crafts, each day children will work with qualified sports coaches to build their confidence, teamwork, and physical skills in a supportive, friendly atmosphere. With activities for all abilities, this camp is perfect for sporty kids and those who simply enjoy being active and having fun with friends.

EARLY YEARS (Ages 3-5)
Our Early Years Camp is a warm, nurturing space for our youngest campers, where little ones can explore, create, and play. Designed with Ofsted’s Early Years Framework in mind, children will enjoy a wonderful mix of performing arts, games, arts and crafts, and free play — with magical extras such as cooking and themed activities sprinkled in. Our caring team create a safe, inspiring environment where every child’s imagination is celebrated, friendships blossom, and early skills are gently encouraged through fun, hands-on experiences.

Our Early Years camp is Ofsted Registered and features a team of experienced Early Years play workers and practitioners. Our ratio for Early Years is 1:8, with maximum group size of 24.

What Are the Camp Times?

Our full day camp times are 9am-4pm.
Parents also have the option to add on Early Drop Off at our Martin Primary School location, from 8am. As well as, Late Pick Up at both our Martin Primary and Whitings Hill School locations, until 5pm
Where Do I Take My Child When I Arrive?

When you get to the school, look out for our Fixation Academy camp signage, including a flag and banners, which will be outside our camp entrance and sign in area for parents.
For Whitings Hill Primary School, our camp entrance is via the KS2 playground entrance on Quinta Drive (not the main school entrance).
What Do I Need to Bring?

Children will need a labelled water bottle and packed lunch box (no nuts or sesame).
We also advise for parents of our Early Years Campers to provide a spare change of clothing.
If you have booked a morning half day (9am-12.30pm), your child will go home before lunch, so you DO NOT need a packed lunch. If you have booked an afternoon half day (12.30-4pm), you will arrive just before lunch time, so you WILL need a packed lunch.
During hot/sunny weather, please also pack sun cream. During cold/wet weather, please ensure your child has a coat/jacket.
What Should My Child Wear to Camp?

We advise for children to wear any comfortable clothing, that you don’t mind getting a little messy! Please also ensure to wear closed toe shoes (not flip flops or sandals).

Yes, at camp we provide a healthy morning snack and a healthy afternoon snack every day. The snack menu is displayed on the welcome board at camp sign in. We also have fruit and bread always available for children who are hungry.
During Easter & Summer Holidays we also have the option for children to have a hot meal Monday-Thursday for an additional cost of £5.00 per meal.
If your child have any dietary requirements, please let us know before your child attends camp, by completing our Camp Medical Form.
Will My Children See Each Other If They’re Booked into Separate Camps?

Although our camps have separate timetables and activities throughout the day, there will be periods of crossover during outdoor play times as well as snack and lunch times, as we share the hall for eating.
Additionally, If you have booked Early Drop Off or Late Pick Up, children will be together for these hours.
What If My Child Has Additional Needs?

One of our core values is being Inclusive. We ensure our camp locations are a safe space for all children, regardless of ability, needs or background.
We do our best to make camp accessible for all, through visual timetables, sensory equipment and SEND awareness training for staff. If your child does have additional needs, please contact us before booking, to discuss how we can best support your child at camp.
Do You Accept Children in Nappies?

Whilst we actively encourage independence and inclusivity at camp, we unfortunately do not have the facilities or staff ratios in place to provide 1:1 personal care or carry out regular nappy changes throughout the day.
We do schedule in regular toilet trips for our Early Years campers, and our team is always happy to remind and encourage children to use the toilet where needed, however we cannot support with wiping children or changing nappies.
If your child does need support around toileting, please contact us before booking.
How Much Does Camp Cost?

A full day at camp costs £35.00 per child, which works out as £5.00 per hour.
A half day is £17.50.
To add Late Pick Up or Early Drop Off is an additional £5.00.
We do offer full week booking discounts, and sibling discount.

- Complete booking for chosen dates as normal through our booking system
- Once booked, go to your childcare voucher provider or tax-free childcare account.

- Transfer the full amount for your camp booking

What If I Need to Cancel My Booking?

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be as flexible as possible. If you do need to cancel your holiday camp place, please contact info@fixationacademy.co.uk asap. Our terms and conditions will apply:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your booking start date: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking start date: We are unable to offer a refund, but you will receive a credit to use towards a future booking.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking start date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or credit. Staffing and resources will already have been allocated based on confirmed bookings.
Reasonable adjustments can be made in exceptional circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
