Welcome to The Magical Elves Workshop and Santa’s Grotto!

This event is a yearly tradition for us at Fixation Academy and gets bigger and better every year!

Starting on Saturday 16th December at 10.30am, our grotto is filled with festive cheer and surprises, perfect for children and adults alike.

When you arrive, you will enter through the front of the building and greeted by our team. You will then be shown through to our Toy Workshop where you will meet our excitable Christmas Elves, busily preparing from Christmas eve night. In the toy workshop you will create christmas crafts, enjoy storytelling and games from the Elves, write your letter to Santa and post in our special mailbox, PLUS take a photo in Santa’s sleigh. We recommend spending up to 30 minutes in the Toy Workshop before heading into the grotto to meet Santa Claus himself.

Our grotto is beautifully decorated with twinkling lights, sparkling ornaments, and a cozy, warm atmosphere that will make you feel like you’ve stepped into a winter wonderland.

Our Grotto Experience is SEND Friendly, with sensory elements to create an inclusive and magical environment. Specific SEND Friendly time slots include 12.30pm & 1pm in which the music will be lowered, our Elves will bring out sensory equipment to explore, including puppets, ribbons, lights and soft mats. Santa ensures a safe and inclusive environment for ALL to enjoy!

Terms & Conditions

Each 30 minute timeslot will include up to 6 families. You are welcome to enjoy the Elves workshop activities until it is your turn to enter into the Grotto. Once out of the Grotto, you are welcome to enjoy the Elves’ workshop activities until the end of your timeslot.
Children of all ages will require a ticket. This is to account for the limited spaces per time slot and staffing / venue hire etc…
Each child will recieve a wrapped gift from Santa. All gifts are gender neutral. If your child has any dietry requirements please let us know upon arrival.
There is free parking down the residental roads either side of the theatre, as well as paid parking directly outside of the theatre. The nearest train station is on the Northern Line and is a 5 minute walk from the theatre. The closest bus stop is directly oustide the theatre.
The grotto may run late! Please be aware that Santa likes to give individual conversation and attention to every child. This may mean that we may run behind. You are welcome to stay in the Elves workshop whilst waitng for your timeslot and be patient with us whilst waiitng.
