Take your acting skills to the next level with our LAMDA Acting: Level 1 & 2 class!
This class is designed for young performers who have some experience in acting or have completed the Introductory level and are ready to deepen their understanding of the craft.
Through a blend of technique, practice, and performance, students will prepare for their LAMDA Level 1 and 2 examinations, all while building confidence, creativity, and communication skills.
What to Expect:
- Advanced Character Development: Delve deeper into creating complex characters by exploring their backstories, motivations, and emotional journeys.
- Vocal & Physical Expression: Enhance your vocal projection, diction, and body language to create more dynamic and convincing performances.
- Text Analysis: Learn how to break down scripts, understand the playwright’s intentions, and make informed acting choices.
- Improvisation & Devising: Sharpen your improvisation skills with more challenging exercises and begin exploring the art of devising original scenes and monologues.
- Scene Study: Work on longer and more intricate scenes, focusing on relationships, conflict, and emotional truth in performance.
- LAMDA Exam Preparation: Receive detailed guidance and personalised coaching to prepare for your LAMDA Level 1 and 2 exams, with mock performances and constructive feedback.

How to Book a Trial Class

2. Select your class, time & location
3. Scroll down to find the ‘Book Your Trial’ button (NOT ‘Book this Class’)
4. Create your parent account and add child information (if you do not already have a class4kids account|)
5. Make payment and that’s it!
You will receive a booking confirmation for your trial class. We look forward to seeing you there!
After Your Trial
- After your trial week you will asked via email if you would like to book a place in the class
- You will then be asked to set up your monthly subscription plan for your class payment
- Payments are taken on the 1st of every month
- Subscription payments are calculated by: Termly Fee x 3 (3 terms in a year) / over 11 months (no payment is taken in August as we have no classes in August)
- You can stop your subscription payment anytime, by writing with 4 weeks notice to subscriptions@fixationacademy.co.uk
